Nylon wheel axles and rotating rolling bearings are oiled and lubricated; after installation, the axles and/or adjustable management center pins are tightened. All cleaning fluids used must not contain eroding and grinding ingredients.
The customer is responsible for the proper maintenance and actual operation of the equipment with nylon wheels. To prevent wrong operation or overweight, the goods should be placed in the car when they are extremely heavy. High-speed driving on uneven ground or the impact of hanging objects on the wheels can cause damage to the wheels or machinery and equipment. Therefore, please maintain regularly:
Lubrication: Add grease every quarter, the wheels and the theme active rolling bearings can be used for a long time. Wipe the lubricating grease on the friction position of the wheel shaft, the seal ring and the roller bearing to reduce friction and make the rotation more flexible. Normally, moisturization is carried out several times every five months. After the vehicles were cleaned up in January, the wheels were lubricated.

Visually inspect the damage to the nylon wheel. The blocked rotation of nylon wheels is related to dirt such as thin red and ropes. The anti-wrap cover can block the coiling of such dirt. Too loose or too tight of the universal wheel is another factor after all. Replace the damaged wheel/universal wheel to prevent uneven rotation. After regular inspection and replacement of wheels, be sure to tighten the wheel axle with the clamping gasket and nut. The looseness of the axle will cause the spokes to rub against the support frame and get stuck. Should always be replaced with nylon wheels and rolling bearings to prevent downtime damage.
If the brakes of the theme event are loose, they must be replaced immediately. If the bolt of the universal wheel management center is fixed by a nut, it must be tightly closed and firm. If the brake of the theme activity cannot be rotated at will, check whether there is corrosion or dirt on the steel ball. If the assembly line has fixed nylon wheels, make sure that the nylon wheel support frame has no bending problems.
