After a certain period of use of the truck crane， its boom will appear side bending and the gap is becoming too large, shaking and other phenomena, these phenomena must be timely maintained, some need to apply lubricating oil, some need to adjust the nylon slider. The following is an introduction to some adjustment methods of each position slider.

The upper slider at the end of the arm is at the end of each arm section, symmetrically with a total of 8 pieces. The adjustment of the upper nylon slider is achieved by 2 bolts on the side and 1 bolt on the top.

Change the luffing to about 70 degrees to fully extend the arm, stand behind the turntable (counterweight) and observe where the boom starts to bend sideways.

When adjusting, loosen the side bolt lock nuts on both sides, and then adjust the limit nuts on both sides at the same time to make the side bending jib back to the center position.

Tighten the lock nut after the adjustment to prevent the side bend from happening again when the limit nut is loose. The lower support blocks are located under the front end of the boom, and there are 4 pairs of them symmetrically on the left and right, 2 pairs on the basic boom, 2 section boom, 3 section boom and 4 section boom.

Throught the adjustment of the left and right 2 support seats of the eccentric pins to basically ensure the left and right symmetry of the boom, and then adjust the upper slider or side slider.

The side guide sliders are on the front sides of the boom, And one pair on each side of the basic boom, the 2-section boom, the 3-section boom, and the 4-section boom.

The side guide slider adjustment stud has two auxiliary symmetrical small holes with a hexagonal locking screw in the middle.

Caution: The adjustment of the side slider must be done under the premise that the lower nylon slider is adjusted. After the side nylon slider is adjusted, the locking screw on the adjusting stud should be tightened.
